We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. All of our orders are trackable. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. You will be notified by email as soon as each order is shipped.

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control Customs operations and any unexpected delays. We will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days.

PROCESSING TIME

Please note that processing time (~4 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time for all personalised products.

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 2 hours as your order might have already been processed.

Please drop us an email at info@leyaballerina.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at info@leyaballerina.com email with the updated details.

Once we ship out the order we are not able to change the address and we will not be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient shipping details.

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages fto speed up the processing and shipping time

TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
